EC 1.3.1.106 is Orphan !
Common name :Cobalt-precorrin-6A reductase

Systematic name :Cobalt-precorrin-6B:NAD(+) oxidoreductase

Other names :CbiJ (gene name)
Comments :The enzyme catalyzes a step in the anaerobic (early cobalt insertion) pathway of adenosylcobalamin biosynthesis. The enzyme from the bacterium Bacillus megaterium has no activity with NADPH. The equivalent enzyme in the aerobic pathway is EC 1.3.1.54, precorrin-6A reductase. The enzyme catalyzes a step in the anaerobic (early cobalt insertion) pathway of adenosylcobalamin biosynthesis. The enzyme from the bacterium Bacillus megaterium has no activity with NADPH. The equivalent enzyme in the aerobic pathway is EC 1.3.1.54.
