EC 2.4.1.313 is Orphan !
Common name :Protein O-mannose beta-1,3-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase

Systematic name :UDP-N-acetyl-alpha-D-galactosamine:N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminyl-(1->4)-alpha-D-mannosyl-threonyl-[protein] 3-beta-N-acetyl-D-galactosaminyltransferase

Other names :B3GALNT2
Comments :The human protein is specific for UDP-N-acetyl-alpha-D-galactosamine as donor (1). The enzyme is involved in the formation of a phosphorylated trisaccharide on a threonine residue of alpha-dystroglycan, an extracellular peripheral glycoprotein that acts as a receptor for extracellular matrix proteins containing laminin-G domains.
